Red Garnet truly is a beauty! Bright pink stems with equally vibrant leaves offer a brilliant garnish, plus an earthy taste reminiscent of a beet. Can't beet it!

Tatsoi offers a mild mustard flavour with pale green, rounded leaves. It is an important addition to any microherbs mix!

Beware, the flavour of these micro greens are seriously strong! Similar to fennel, but with a more noticeable amount of aniseed flavour. 

The old microherb favourite! Not only does it look stunning, but it's taste is unique too. Pungent and grassy, it contains strong flavours of spearmint, basil, anise and cinnamon.

Tastes like radish but a bit sweeter; very juicy and beautiful to look at :)

Nothing much needs to be said about this, except that the flavour will knock you for six! An absolutely ridiculously flavoursome microherb and one of my personal favourites.

This aesthetically pleasing leaf also has a very peppery kick!
